Treatment at Mountain Valley
Advanced light-based care for pain relief and recovery. Our LightForce XLi uses photobiomodulation (PBM) to support your body’s natural healing processes.

The science behind your care

Photobiomodulation puts light energy to work at the cellular level. As cells absorb that energy, it can influence processes involved in pain, inflammation, and tissue repair. Our LightForce XLi is a Class IV therapy laser, giving your clinician the ability to tailor treatment to the area being treated and your rehabilitation goals.
We use this approach for concerns such as:
Advanced technology. Trained hands.
Our clinical team has completed certification through Torrentia , including training in photobiomodulation and focused shockwave. That education informs how we select treatment settings and combine technology with your rehabilitation plan.

Protective eyewear is worn during treatment. A clinician guides the handpiece over the treatment area; you may feel warmth. Tell them if anything feels uncomfortable.
Your clinician reviews how you respond and explains how laser fits with your exercises and other treatment. Progress is measured by your symptoms and the activities you are working toward.
